All shipments require a signature upon delivery. You may request to waive this requirement by contacting FedEx directly. Customers will have this option once the order has shipped from our warehouse. AMBROSI does not accept any liability for lost or stolen packages without a signature. We recommend entering a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for and accept the order.
FedEx operates between 9:00am and 6:00pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering. For example, your work address is recommended. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses
Refused Packages
If a package is refused, the return shipping cost and any applicable duties and taxes associated with the return will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
